CoSTAR Live Lab is a leading R&D network focusing on live experiences. Since launching in February 2025, we have delivered novel methodologies for measuring how games perform on Twitch. This helps studios improve their livestream performance by developing new content or running targeted events. Our current work-in-progress project extends this research to develop a predictive system. This system will allow developers to see the impact of design and content changes on livestream performance before they are actually made, optimizing the development cycle.
