The London Games Festival represents the organization's primary initiative, drawing approximately 100,000 attendees each year and serving as a major showcase for gaming and interactive media in the United Kingdom. Games London operates several capacity-building initiatives, including Game Changer and the Games London Accelerator programme, and coordinates an annual trade mission. Since its establishment in 2015, the organization has facilitated transactions and licensing arrangements generating over £110 million for development studios, supported the creation of 900 employment positions, and contributed £141 million in economic activity across direct, indirect and induced channels, with £39 million in gross value added. The gaming workforce in London has expanded to 13,000 professionals, with an additional 9,000+ individuals employed in related industries.
