How It Works

1. Prepare the Game
We collect the key project information, performance metrics, price expectations, and the Agency Agreement needed to represent the game.

2. Marketplace & Buyer Network
We present suitable games to buyers through the AppWill marketplace and our private network of game companies, publishers, and investors.

3. Buyer Discussion
Interested buyers can review the opportunity, ask questions, and communicate directly with the seller. Depending on the project, this may include a code review or test user-acquisition campaign.

4. Deal & Transfer
Once the terms are agreed, we finalize the agreement and coordinate the technical transfer of the game to the buyer's account.
